Items are eligible for a return and a complete refund within 14 days of the shipment date. If items are not in the condition that they were sent out in (items unworn, unwashed and tags still attached) and the 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. If the wrong size was purchased, we unfortunately cannot offer a return/refund.
We include a full size chart in each listing to ensure the customer selecting the correct size.
If you have recieved the wrong product or size, please email us ASAP! Mistakes do happen but we're more than happy to fix an error made on our end.
