Refund policy

Items are eligible for a return and a complete refund within 14 days of the shipment date. If items are not in the condition that they were sent out in (items unworn, unwashed and tags still attached) and the 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. If an item is the wrong size, we cannot offer a return for that product. We include a full size chart in each listing to ensure the customer selecting the correct size.

If your item only arrives after 14 days and you are wishing to request a refund, or wishing to receive more information on refunds please email dressedinfiction@gmail.com .

 

Please note; any refunds submitted directly through PayPal may have a fee associated with it. This is PayPal's policy, and we have no control over it. We are not responsible for PayPal charging fees for money received.
