HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER?
I am a one woman show so I do everything from creating the design, making it, inventory, marketing, bookkeeping, customer service, and photographer. At this time my process time is 4-6 weeks. My pre-orders will be 4-12 weeks just so I'm able to make and ship your product to you in time.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE MY MAILING ADDRESS?
Yes, I can definitely update an address for you. Send an email to email@example.com as soon as you realize you need an address change—once your label has been printed and your package mailed, I unfortunately can’t do anything!
WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK?
I try to restock as soon as I'm able to. For any updates on restocks please follow me on Instagram @dressedinfiction . That's the easiest way to see any updates from restocks to new products!
WHAT'S THE SIZING LIKE FOR YOUR ITEMS?
Each listing has their own size chart for their specific design. So I highly recommend for you to see the size chart per the design you need. I like to sell crewnecks with the dropped shoulder to give off that oversized look. So please keep that in mind when ordering and always check out that size chart to that specific listing.
INFORMATION ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Buyer is responsible for any potential customs or duty fees as determined by country of delivery. Such fees cannot be determined in advance, and they’re not covered by the shipping cost.
Please note that all international shipping can take a significant amount of time to arrive. Tracking will be provided by USPS within the US, and then your national carrier once the package leaves the US. For this reason, tracking can sometimes be unreliable. I am unfortunately not able to assist once I ship your order, as it’s up to the carrier to provide tracking updates and deliver the package to you. I cannot issue refunds due to international shipping problems.
Items are eligible for a return and a complete refund within 14 days of the shipment date. If items are not in the condition that they were sent out in (items unworn, unwashed and tags still attached) and the 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. If an item is the wrong size, we cannot offer a return for that product. We include a full size chart in each listing to ensure the customer is selecting the correct size.
If your item only arrives after 14 days and you are wishing to request a refund, or wishing to receive more information on refunds please email firstname.lastname@example.org .
If your item arrives damaged, please reach out through email dressedinfiction@gmail and I’ll get working on a replacement right away!
