SHIPPING POLICIES:
Here you will find a complete list of shipment location options for Dressed in Fiction. We only offer Tracked shipment to ensure the safety of your order.
PLEASE NOTE; We are not responsible for delayed shipment or lost orders. If there are any issues receiving a parcel after it has been shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to get in contact with their postal service. We cannot offer refunds or replacements due to issues as such.
Keep in mind customers outside of the United States may have to pay custom fees.
SHIPMENT LOCATIONS:
United States, Canada, and Mexico.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Buyer is responsible for any potential customs or duty fees as determined by country of delivery. Such fees cannot be determined in advance, and they’re not covered by the shipping cost.
Please note that all international shipping can take a significant amount of time to arrive. Tracking will be provided by USPS within the US, and then your national carrier once the package leaves the US. For this reason, tracking can sometimes be unreliable. I am unfortunately not able to assist once I ship your order, as it’s up to the carrier to provide tracking updates and deliver the package to you. I cannot issue refunds due to international shipping problems.
